Simply send us your empty perfume bottle in Le Labo's dedicated packaging, and a lab technician will refill your 50ml or 100ml bottle with the same scent and an updated personalized label. You will be reunited with your favorite scent between 5 – 10 business days.

IMPORTANT: Our Refill Program lets you refill your favorite 50ml or 100ml eau de parfum using the same bottle. To order an eau de parfum refill, you must have an empty, undamaged bottle of the same size and scent as your refill selection.
After your order is placed, we will send you a box with instructions and a little surprise...
Once you have received the box from us, ship us your empty bottle using the box and return label provided. Please see step-by-step instructions below.
Step 1 Make sure your empty bottle is capped.
Step 2 Lift the upper flap of the platform.
Step 3 Place your empty bottle vertically on the lower flap of the platform.
Step 4 Lower the upper flap of the platform to secure bottle in place.
Step 5 Review order details on the invoice.
Step 6 Place the invoice on the platform, and seal the box for shipment.
Step 7 Drop off at the nearest location of the shipping carrier specified on your return label — and wait for your refill confirmation email for more details.
